Offswitch comes with a straightforward 30 day guarantee, and any order can be changed or cancelled before it ships. Here is exactly how both work, in plain language, not fine print.

The Offswitch guarantee
If Offswitch isn't part of your routine within 30 days of your first order, we'll refund it. No hoops, no return shipping, no exclusions for opened bottles.
That is the whole policy. Everything below just explains how to use it.
How to claim it
- Try Offswitch for up to 30 days from your order date.
- If it hasn't found a place in your evening, email hello@offswitchnow.com with your name or order number.
- We refund the full amount to the card you paid with. No form, no portal, no approval step.
What no hoops actually means
Opened or partly used bottles are fine. The 30 days is what matters, not how much is left.
No return shipping. You keep the bottle.
No photos, no receipts, no explaining yourself.
No restocking fee.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, never store credit.
Refund timeline
Once we confirm your refund, it's issued through Stripe, our payment processor, back to the card you paid with. Most refunds show up on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. You'll get an automatic email from Stripe confirming the refund, plus a short note from us restating what was refunded.

This guarantee covers your first Offswitch order, one per customer.
Cancelling or changing an order before it ships
Orders ship in about 1 to 2 weeks. If you want to cancel or change an order before it ships, email hello@offswitchnow.com as soon as you can.
If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full the same day, no questions asked. If it has already shipped, the 30 day guarantee above applies instead, and you'll get the same result either way: a full refund, nothing to send back.
Damaged, wrong, or missing shipments
If your order arrives damaged, the wrong item shows up, or a shipment goes missing in transit, email hello@offswitchnow.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you'd rather have. This is separate from the 30 day guarantee and applies regardless of it.
If a shipment is running past our usual 1 to 2 week window, we'll reach out and offer a full refund if you'd rather not wait.
No subscription, nothing recurring
Offswitch is a one time purchase right now. There's no subscription, so there's no membership to manage and nothing recurring to cancel. Every order stands on its own.
